Interior Decorating & Re-design
At Tailored Home I believe my first job is to listen. My second job is to ask questions and then listen more. We will work together to make your vision a reality. In this in-home consultation, we will create an action plan to write down everything that needs to be done.
The consultation will take up to two hours and we will cover the following:
- Detailed interview (phone or in person) to completely understand your project
- We will look at your space and discuss your budget and timeline.
- Checklists for each room in the project
- I will provide multiple options for furnishings, lighting, accessories, flooring, paint colors, finishes, etc. I will explain why I have chosen the items or finishes but, you pick the choices that please you the most and work for you, your space and your budget. After all, this is your home!
- I have access to trade discounts that I will pass on to you.
- Recommend furniture arrangement and flow
- Lighting, window treatment and accessory arrangement
- Color advice
- I will help organize your ideas and bring them to life. Re-design should not be stressful it should be FUN! Let me help!
Occupied Home Consultation & Report
In this intensive in-home consultation, we will create an action plan to write down everything that needs to be done to get the best price possible for your home. We will follow an 8-step design process for each room that ensures maximum ROI for every staging dollar spent. This service is designed to give you the objective, expert advice you will need to do the staging work yourself in the form of a detailed report.
The consultation will take up to two hours and we will cover the following:
- Detailed interview (phone or in person) to completely understand your project
- Checklists for each room of the home
- Curb appeal for first impression impact
- Recommend furniture arrangement and flow
- De-cluttering, de-personalizing and optimizing space in each room
- Lighting, window treatment and accessory arrangement
- Color advice and emotional connection points, so buyers will fall in love!
You will walk away with an action plan and suggested shopping list to help you complete the staging process.
(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)
Occupied Home Half Day Power Stage
Feeling stressed and overwhelmed preparing your home to sell? This staging service is about following the action plan to start staging the main areas of your home right away, using items you already own. You won’t believe what a difference a few hours can make!
This service can take up to 4 hours with 2 hours planning/prep time and includes:
- Kitchen staging and organization
- Main living area staging and emotional connection points
- Main bathroom design
- If time permits, we will tackle other key living areas so your home is show ready!
- We will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase for modernizing and setting the stage.
This is a critical service for just before professional MLS photos are taken, as each space is styled for maximum photo impact!
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)
Occupied Home Full Day Ultimate Stage
Staging every room or a larger home? No problem! This service simply extends our time to include a day of rolling up our sleeves following our action plan.
This service can take up to 7 hours in the home with over 2 hours planning/prep time and includes:
- Kitchen staging and organization
- Main living area and emotional connection points
- Main bathroom, Master bedroom & bath
- Other bedrooms/office
- We will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase for modernizing and setting the stage
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)
Vacant Home Staging
Home's that are empty are in special need of staging and here is where we shine! We provide options that other staging companies do not...
- Starting with a home assessment, we deliver a proposal that provides a Good, Better, Best option to fit every budget
- We use top quality furnishings in order to achieve that model home look that guarantees a buyer will "fall in love"

(A $100 initial home assessment fee is credited back to your total vacant service when you choose us)
WARNING - Not all vacant staging is equal!
Not every home stager has the furnishings and accessories to pull together model home looking spaces! Make sure to check the stager's portfolio and never go with the lowest price proposal since you usually get what you pay for.
